Anuraag has spearheaded strategic initiatives in sourcing, analyzing, and executing high-impact investment opportunities in the education infrastructure sector, driving growth and transformation through visionary deal-making and expert market insight.

Prior to Cappella was a Senior Manager at Alexandria Equities Management.

Sai Krishna Narla

Sai has been a part of Cappella since 2017. With 10+ years of experience in handling private equity investments and its regulatory, risk management and corporate governance matters, Sai Krishna handles the legal and regulatory aspects of investment transactions.

He brings a unique blend of legal acumen and business acuity to the team, providing critical support in deal and corporate structuring, Debt raising, Due diligence, and portfolio management.

Sai is a member of CISI UK and prior to Cappella he has worked in GSS Group and Aparna Group as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

Jasmeet Chhabra

Managing Director

Jasmeet is the Managing Director of Cappella with almost two decades of experience in deal making, fund raising (institutional & private banking) and third- party portfolio management. He is responsible for new fund-raise initiatives and managing and developing relationships across Investors & promoters

Jasmeet brings in his expertise in real estate and infrastructure, including 14 years spent in real estate private equity. He previously served as Chief Investment Officer for India REIT and Red Fort Capital, growing India REIT from scratch to USD 900 million. He managed a USD 1 billion portfolio across various life-stages, achieving exits with IRRs above 20% and money multiples of 2.2x-3.0x.

Vishal Goel

Advisor to Board

Vishal Goel is the Advisor to the Board at Cappella. He has 20+ years of extensive expertise in Real Estate Advisory / REIT / Strategy including management of grounds-up core assets and has conceptualized and executed investment strategy across verticals of JV Ventures.

Vishal led portfolio optimization for Red Fort Capital, focusing on optimizing core assets portfolio and enhance valuation by ensuring leasing with credit tenants; evaluated listing strategy for the portfolio in US/Singapore. He led India operations for Alexandria REIT, deploying over USD 200 million and developing 1 million sq.ft. of R&D facilities. He also worked with E&Y on large PPP transactions and private equity advisory business, handling over USD 600 million.

Rahul Jain

CFO

Rahul Jain, with 15+ years of experience in finance and consulting brings expertise in corporate finance, M&A, fundraising, and strategy and has successfully raised over USD 200 million in strategic funding across multiple industries.

Rahul oversees financial planning, treasury management, and cost control, leveraging his experience in leading funding rounds, managing investor relations, strategic funding (equity & debt) and stakeholder engagement positions.

Prior to Cappella, he held leadership roles at Bizongo and Locus, where he drove financial strategy and growth.

Viswadha Ruddraraju

Sr. Vice President (CDS)

Viswadha joined Cappella as Sr. Vice President of Construction, Development and Services team with 11+ years of expertise in project management. Her track record includes 9 lac+ sq.ft. of projects, strategic procurement, and timeline adherence.

Viswadha leads end-to-end project management and is instrumental in fostering collaboration, streamlining processes of construction and quality execution on-site & off-site.

Prior to Cappella, she was Head of client solutions and business operations at Space Matrix.
