Vishal led portfolio optimization for Red Fort Capital, focusing on optimizing core assets portfolio and enhance valuation by ensuring leasing with credit tenants; evaluated listing strategy for the portfolio in US/Singapore. He led India operations for Alexandria REIT, deploying over USD 200 million and developing 1 million sq.ft. of R&D facilities. He also worked with E&Y on large PPP transactions and private equity advisory business, handling over USD 600 million.
